International Structuring

with Substance

In the field of international corporate structuring, Corventis works closely with Heiko Schroter, Managing Partner of the long-established firm Straitons Whitelaw, founded in 1925. With more than two decades of experience in international corporate and commercial law, he supports entrepreneurs in the design and implementation of cross-border structural models.

His professional career has taken him, among other locations, to England and Hong Kong. Since 2013, he has led a multinational firm in London and, since 2019, has additionally overseen the strategic expansion of its Dubai office.

Through this collaboration, Corventis and Heiko Schroter combine entrepreneurial perspective with international legal expertise and practical execution. The result is the development of robust, forward-looking structures for entrepreneurs operating globally with a long-term strategic focus.

The jurisdictions outlined above represent established options; however, no single location is universally optimal.
